Homestart Camden

One of the 315 Home-start schemes in the UK, this is a voluntary home-visiting scheme offering regular support, friendship and practical help to Camden families experiencing difficulties who have at least one child under five. It aims to enable families to meet their children’s needs by reducing the parents’ sense of isolation, improving their parenting skills, self-reliance, self-esteem, family health and access to services.
